514) Addendum 2 (Vandiver Drive Sidewalk Project

The City of Columbia is seeking bids for the construction of a sidewalk along Vandiver Drive. The project includes the installation of a 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk, a signalized pedestrian crossing, and other related work. The contractor will be required to perform at least 30% of the total contract cost with its own organization.
