Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking bids for the replacement of exterior lighting at the Thomson-Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore, Kentucky. The project includes the removal of existing exterior building mounted lighting and ground mounted light poles, and the installation of new pole foundations, poles, lighting, and circuitry. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary materials and labor to complete the project.
• The project requires the removal of existing masonry wrap columns and the installation of new column wraps and ceiling to hide conduit and camera system conduits.
• The project includes the replacement of selected exterior soffits in porte-cochere and other locations.
• The project requires compliance with all applicable health and safety guidelines for Commonwealth of Kentucky construction projects.
• Bidders must be registered in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System.
• Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the eProcurement system.
