Onyx System Replacement

The State of Colorado is seeking a vendor to replace its Onyx System WorkStations with a centralized life safety and fire alarm management system. The system should be designed for rapid fire detection and status of smoke, duct, heat detectors, etc. The vendor will be responsible for replacing the existing system at four locations: State Capitol Building, Legislative Services Building, Pierce St. Building, and Human Services Building. The vendor will also provide training, O & M Manuals, as-builts, warranties, and necessary licenses for the State. Key requirements include: • Replacing the existing Onyx System WorkStations with a new system • Providing a centralized life safety and fire alarm management system • Ensuring the system is designed for rapid fire detection and status of smoke, duct, heat detectors, etc. • Replacing the existing system at four locations • Providing training, O & M Manuals, as-builts, warranties, and necessary licenses for the State
