CANYON VIEW BOILER REPLACEMENT (CONSTRUCTION)

The Canyons School District (CSD) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of the boiler system at Canyon View Elementary School. The project requires a new boiler system, and the contractor must have a minimum of five years of commercial boiler service experience and provide a reference sheet with at least three similar commercial boiler installations. The bid preparation costs and associated activities are the sole responsibility of the contractor. Key points to consider: • The contractor must be properly licensed to do business in the State of Utah. • The contractor must carry a Utah B100, and or a DOPL S350 HVAC Contractor / S410 Boiler, Pipeline, Waste Water, and Water Conditioner Contractor. • The business must be located within seventy miles of the CSD. • A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on 3/30/2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Canyon View Elementary School. • The contractor must submit a minimum of three and a maximum of five references over the past four years.
