Comprehensive Energy & Water Evaluations

The State of Montana is seeking a vendor to perform ASHRAE Level II and Level III energy and water audits at various MTARNG sites across the state. The selected vendor will be required to submit reports detailing their findings and recommendations. The scope of work includes performing energy and water audits, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for energy and water efficiency measures. The vendor will also be required to comply with the instructions and procedures outlined in the RFP. • The RFP includes a detailed description of the services required, including the scope of work, deliverables, and evaluation criteria. • The vendor must comply with the Montana Procurement Act and the Montana Constitution. • The vendor must also comply with Executive Order No. 12-2016, Equal Pay for Montana Women, and certify that they do not discriminate against firearm entities or trade associations. • The vendor must submit a completed Business Information document, Offeror Qualifications document, Provision of Services document, and Price Sheet document. • The vendor must also upload a completed Trade Secret Affidavit if their proposal contains confidential information.
