Request for Qualifications for Architect/Engineer (A/E) Design Team Consultant

The State of CT - DAS Procurement is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced team to provide Design, Bidding, and Construction Administration Services for the New Haven Community Correctional Roof Replacement Project. The project is located at 245 Whalley Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511. The scope of work for the project includes replacement of the exterior façade sealant joints, and replacement of the main entrance curtainwall, vestibule, and skylight systems. The design of the new roof shall consider the recommendations of the roof study report prepared by Gale Associates, dated February 18, 2025. • The preferred consultant team should demonstrate experience with the design of correctional facility renovations. • The study will be made available to shortlisted firms. • The estimated total for the project is $10,514,233.
