White Twill Fabric-Tabor City Sewing Plant

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) is issuing an Invitation for Bid to establish a three‑year term contract for the supply and delivery of white twill fabric to its Tabor City Sewing Plant on an “as‑needed” basis. Vendors must provide pricing, sample fabric (minimum 2 yd), manufacturer authorization, warranty documentation, three references, and certifications (financial, drug‑free workplace, etc.).
