Description
The City of Kingsland is seeking proposals to purchase two commercial-grade zero turn lawn mowers. The mowers must meet certain specifications, including a minimum 60-inch cutting deck, a 25-30 HP commercial-grade gasoline engine, and a standard seat with seatbelt. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate contract terms with the successful proposer. The proposal must include a bid proposal form, a bid proposal signature page, an acknowledgement of addenda, and a W-9.
• The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the RFP number, title, and name of bidder clearly displayed.
• The proposal must be received by the city no later than 2:00 PM on April 7, 2026.
• The city will evaluate proposals based on price, quality, and other factors.
• The city reserves the right to modify or waive the terms and conditions of the RFP.
• The vendor must indemnify and hold harmless the city from any claims or damages arising from the performance of the contract.
