The work includes demolition of the old structures, disposal of debris, supply and installation of new double‑beam supports, pergola joists with decorative ends, hurricane ties, brackets, and all necessary hardware, followed by pressure‑washing, priming, and painting. The contractor must adhere to county specifications, protect existing glass elements, and provide at least one employee who can communicate effectively with county staff.
