Description
The Berrien Springs Public Schools is seeking bids for the replacement of 13 doors and frames at the High School, which will meet building code ratings and improve ADA requirements. The project also includes paint touch-ups and new vinyl base installation. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bonds, and certificates of Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance. The awarded contractor will also be required to pay not less than the published Berrien County, Michigan prevailing wage rates.
