The North Carolina Department of Public Safety - NC National Guard - CFMO is seeking design services for the construction of a new Transient Unit Headquarters Building at the Camp Butner Training Center. The building will be approximately 5,200 square feet and will include administrative space, latrines, storage, and operations areas. The project also includes site work such as sidewalks, vehicle parking areas, drainage ditches, and utilities. The total project budget is $2,657,000. • The project requires specialized expertise in architecture and engineering. • The proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina. • The selection committee will consider factors such as past performance, staff, design approach, and construction administration capabilities. • The submitted information package should include a Letter of Interest and a current Standard Form 254 (SF 254). • The format should be 8-1/2" x 11" pages stapled in the upper left-hand corner.
