The State of North Dakota is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive fiscal‑agent services for self‑directed support participants across multiple Medicaid waivers. The contractor will handle payroll processing, tax withholding, vendor payments, participant enrollment verification, background checks, reporting, and maintain a secure public‑facing web portal that complies with state IT standards and HIPAA requirements. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a base term from September 1 2026 to June 30 2027, with options for extensions and renewals.
