Waste tire cleanup contractor pre-qualification list

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) and the Waste Tire Management Enterprise Board (WTMEB) are seeking qualified contractors to provide waste tire removal services. The selected contractors will be added to a pre-qualified list and will have the opportunity to bid on waste tire cleanup projects and collection events with a contract value up to $50,000. The contractors will be responsible for collecting and removing waste tires from properties, hauling them to registered waste tire facilities, and providing proof of the amount of waste tires removed. • The CDPHE and WTMEB are looking for contractors with experience in waste tire cleanup and collection events. • The contractors must meet the minimum qualifications and experience requirements outlined in the RFP. • The contractors will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and pricing. • The contract is expected to be effective on July 1, 2026, and will have an initial period of 48 months. • The CDPHE and WTMEB reserve the right to modify the contract terms and conditions.
