Description
This solicitation invites qualified contractors to design, demolish, and construct a new scale house facility with two truck scales, plus associated site grading, paving, and utility work at the Salina Municipal Solid Waste Landfill. The contract will be awarded on a firm‑unit‑price basis and requires a bid bond. The scope includes demolition of the existing structure, earthwork, construction of a new building with full MEP systems, installation of inbound and outbound truck scales, and related site improvements such as asphalt pavement, curbs, sidewalks, and drainage.
