Description
The Mountain Education Center is seeking a Construction Professional (CP) to provide construction management services for the construction of a new 11,000 sf pre-engineered metal building in Habersham County, Georgia. The project includes masonry infill and veneer, and the scope of work may be revised based on the budget and programmatic requirements. The CP will be responsible for preconstruction services, including pricing, value engineering, and constructability issues, as well as construction management, including scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance. The selection process will be a two-step process, with a qualification-based evaluation followed by an interview and negotiation with the top-ranked firms.
