OR FLAP CRGNSA MULT(2) & WA FLAP CRGNSA MULT(2), CRGNSA Sign Inventory, Maintenance, and Replacement Project & CRGNSA Sign Project

The project involves the inventory, maintenance, and replacement of signs in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. The project includes approximately 82.1 miles of signs in Oregon and Washington. The contractor will be required to perform the work in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects, FP-14. The contractor will also be required to provide a bid bond and performance and payment bonds. The project has a total small business set-aside, and only small business concerns are eligible to bid. Some key features of the project include: • The project is located in Multnomah, Hood River, Sherman, and Wasco Counties of Oregon and Clark, Skamania, and Klickitat Counties of Washington • The project includes signs within the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, extending from milepost 17.9 to 100.0 of Interstate 84 and milepost 18.1 to 97.6 of WA State Route 14 • The contractor will be required to use the Government's web-based system Masterworks to prepare all "Inspector's Daily Record of Construction Operations" and measurement notes • The contractor will be required to provide fire security services, including a fire watch/security, when the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is "I" or higher • The contractor will be required to provide a tank truck or trailer, containing not less than 300 gallons of water, during yarding, loading, land clearing, right-of-way clearing, and mechanical treatment of slash
