DB SATOC for VA Facilities in Arizona

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Los Angeles District Office (SPL), is seeking capable and competent businesses, including small businesses, for a potential DB Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) at Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) campuses in Arizona. The contract will involve various tasks such as building renovation, electrical work, HVAC and heating, fencing and access gates, roofing, and chillers/cooling towers. The contract is expected to be awarded for a duration of FY27-FY31. • The contract will be administered via the Los Angeles District (SPL)/USACE. • The potential SATOC will be used at VA facilities in the State of Arizona. • A large percentage of work is expected to take place on the Tucson VA campus, with potential additional work at other VA locations in Prescott, Flagstaff, and Phoenix. • The price range for the contract is estimated to be between $50M and $99M.
