North Carolina State University is issuing a blanket‑order RFQ for the fabrication, refurbishment and delivery of a wide variety of exterior campus signs. The contract will cover a one‑year term (with up to four one‑year extensions) and does not guarantee quantities; vendors submit unit prices for each sign type and component. Delivery must occur within eight weeks of order confirmation, and shop drawings are required for university approval. The award may be split among multiple vendors, and the university may add vendors during the term if competition is insufficient.
