Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (VCSA) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, test, and deliver a 15,000‑gallon vertical vacuum‑insulated liquid nitrogen (LN₂) storage tank to support launch vehicle loading at Pad 0A, NASA Wallops Flight Facility. The base requirement is one tank, with an option for up to six additional tanks. The tank must meet stringent aerospace‑grade specifications for safety, durability, and compatibility with launch‑site infrastructure. • Design and engineering of a 15,000‑gallon vertical vacuum‑insulated LN₂ tank meeting aerospace standards. • Full fabrication, including material selection, welding, insulation, and pressure testing. • Delivery, installation, and acceptance testing at NASA Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA. • Option to procure up to six additional tanks under the same terms.
