Description
The NH Department of Corrections is seeking a vendor to remove an old heat exchanger and install a new one at the Northern NH Correctional Facility. The vendor will be responsible for providing all equipment and services necessary to complete the job, including transportation of the new heat exchanger, removal and disposal of the old heat exchanger, and installation of the new unit. The contract is expected to be effective from the date of award through June 30, 2026, with no option to renew.
• The vendor must be registered to do business in the state of New Hampshire.
• The vendor must provide a cost proposal and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the RFB.
• The vendor must ensure that all personnel providing services under the contract are qualified and have the necessary licenses and certifications.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to health insurance portability and accountability, prison rape elimination, and criminal justice information services security.
• The vendor must maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the performance of the contract.
