ITB 4623 - Wyman Pump Station Food Mitigation

The City of Midland is seeking bids for the Wyman Pump Station Flood Mitigation project. The project involves providing pricing for the flood mitigation work at the Wyman Pump Station, according to the attached specifications and standard instructions. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM, followed by a site tour. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as "ITB 4623 – WYMAN PUMP STATION FLOOD MITIGATION" and delivered or mailed to the City of Midland, Office of the City Clerk. • The project is a Federally Funded project, and the Contractor and Subcontractors must comply with HUD contract provisions, the Davis-Bacon Act, and other regulations. • A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities, and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
