Description
The State of Michigan Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide broad "turf" ground maintenance services for 12 locations in the Southwest Region. The services include mowing, pruning, flower planting, litter services, and spring and/or fall pickup. The contract is for two years with no options to renew. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. The contractor must also provide pricing, specifications, and equipment lists for each location.
• The 12 locations are: Carpool Armstrong Lot M-40 at M-43, Carpool Lot M-40 and I-94, Carpool Lot US-131 and M-216, Carpool Lot US-131 at D Ave Interchange, Carpool Lot US-131 at Stadium Drive (BL131), Constantine Lot, Jones Maintenance Garage, Mendon Property M-60 Batten & Lake St., Mottville Bridge and Mottville Roadside Park, Paw Paw Central Repair, Southwest Region Maintenance, and Southwest Region Office.
• The contractor must provide a detailed response to each question in the Vendor Questions Worksheet.
• The contractor must comply with the Contract Terms, including the prevailing wage requirements and the non-discrimination provisions.
• The contractor must provide a completed Confidential Treatment Form with their proposal.
