Intent to Sole Source - Renishaw Raman Spectrometer System

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to RENISHAW INC for the repair, relocation, and upgrade of an existing Renishaw Raman spectrometer/microscope system. The system will be used to characterize the structural state of materials through inelastic light scattering. The contractor will be required to restore the system to full operational functionality, install a new control computer, upgrade the system to the latest software, add polarization capability, and assist with relocating the system. • The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in Renishaw Raman system within the past 7 years. • The contractor must be certified by Renishaw manufacturer for working on Renishaw inVia Raman system. • The contractor must provide a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information. • The contractor must complete the work by June 30, 2026.
