East Palm Canyon Bridge over Palm Canyon Wash Rehabilitation Project - Construction Management Services

The City of Palm Springs is seeking a qualified engineering/consulting firm to provide full‑service construction‑management for the East Palm Canyon Bridge over Palm Canyon Wash rehabilitation, which includes seismic retrofit, widening, pedestrian‑bridge upgrades, roadway restriping, and a new traffic signal. The consultant will act as the resident engineer, handling contract administration, quality‑assurance testing, environmental compliance, utility coordination, traffic‑control oversight, public‑outreach support, and close‑out documentation. The work will be staged to maintain two lanes of traffic throughout construction, with an estimated construction period of roughly 350 working days starting in late 2026.
