Network Cabling, Infrastructure, Labor, and Equipment

The City of Henderson, Kentucky is seeking competitive sealed bids for network cabling, infrastructure, labor, and equipment. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, and documentation necessary to install, terminate, label, test, and document network cabling and related infrastructure at designated City and/or HWU locations. The contract term will be for two years from the date of award, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. • The bidder must provide a list of equipment to be used or acquired. • The bidder must provide an operational plan that sets forth the contractor's plans for successfully fulfilling the contract. • The bidder must demonstrate experience in network cabling and infrastructure projects of similar size and complexity. • The bidder must provide pricing for all locations identified in the bid documents. • The bidder must designate and assign a minimum of two dedicated employees to perform work under this contract.
