Milliken Raw Water Pipeline Hardening HMGP

The City of Napa is seeking bids for the Milliken Raw Water Pipeline Hardening HMGP Project, which involves installing approximately 6,200 feet of 16-inch pipeline and appurtenances. The project is funded in part by FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and HUD's Mitigation – Resilient Infrastructure Program.
