Description
The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) is seeking quotes to lease, deliver, furnish, maintain, and remove a single 20 ft × 16 ft modular "container" office for two years at its Kapolei headquarters. The unit must arrive turn-key with build-out, furniture package, maintenance, insurance, and final removal. Quotes must show year-1 and year-2 monthly lease rates, one-time delivery and set-up cost, one-time removal and site restoration cost, Hawaiʻi GET, and current HCE "Compliant" certificate.
• The office must have insulation, vinyl flooring, LED lighting, 24 k BTU mini-split HVAC or similar, entrance steps/canopy, 120/240 V electrical panel, ≥ 12 duplex outlets, 4 Cat-6 ports, fully wired data hub, and windows or similar configurations.
• The furniture package must include 3 desks (60′×30′), conference table set up, 7 ergonomic task chairs, and surge-protected power strips or similar configuration(s).
• Maintenance must include 48-hr non-emergency and 2-hr emergency repair response, with all parts/labor included.
• Insurance must include CGL $1 M and property coverage naming DHHL as additional insured.
• Final removal must include de-installation within 30 days of lease end.
