The City of Keene, New Hampshire is seeking proposals for a comprehensive Managed Print Management solution to replace the currently contracted services. The City desires to significantly reduce the number of printers over the first 12 months of awarding a contract and have flexibility to add devices to the contract during the contract term. The proposed solution should include upgrades and new features that will improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enable modern workflows. • Replace the current fleet with new, modern devices • Reduce the fleet by meeting user needs efficiently with fewer devices • Increase device availability by implementing a print management solution • Secure printing using PINs, security cards, or other technologies • Include a centralized software solution to manage all fleet devices • Include current technologies such as OCR and scan-to-cloud solutions
