The leased premises will be used for military recruiting facilities, and the lessor will be responsible for providing a space that meets the government's requirements, including construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing standards. The lease term is for five years, with 30-day termination rights for the government subsequent to the first year.
• The leased premises must have a minimum of 1348 gross square feet and a maximum of 1680 gross square feet.
