Consultant/Insurance Broker Services

Montgomery County, Ohio is seeking a consultant/insurance broker to provide a full range of brokerage and risk management services. The successful respondent will be required to enter into a two-year agreement, with the option to extend for up to three additional one-year terms. The consultant/insurance broker will provide services including marketing and placement of insurance coverages, bonds, and consulting on coverage issues and self-insurance operations. The county prefers a flat annual fee in lieu of commissions. Key responsibilities include providing broker services, acting as an insurance and risk management advisor, and conducting annual in-person stewardship meetings. The consultant/insurance broker will also be required to provide a certificate of errors and omissions coverage with limits of $10,000,000 and an A.M.
