Description
The District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment is seeking contractors for FY26 construction activities at Fort Dupont. The scope includes design‑build services, extensive site preparation, utility installation, land development, and environmental remediation. This is an open competition targeting firms with capabilities in large‑scale civil construction and related engineering services.
• Design‑build services for new infrastructure and facilities.
• Backfill, digging, ditching, road grading, and rock stabilization.
• Sewer, storm‑drain, and other utility installation, plus environmental and ecological services.
• Land development and planning/engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
