Drug Testing Services

The State of West Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide drug testing services for selected TANF clients. The scope of work includes providing expert witness testimony for collection, laboratory, and MRO services. The vendor will be required to provide these services at various locations throughout the state. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the best value to the state. • The vendor must be able to provide drug testing services for 1500 TANF clients. • The vendor must be able to provide expert witness testimony for collection, laboratory, and MRO services. • The vendor must be able to provide services at various locations throughout the state. • The vendor must be able to provide a unit price for each service. • The vendor must be able to provide a total price for all services.
