Police - Mobile Incinerator

The City of Columbus, Department of Public Safety, Division of Police is seeking bids for the purchase of a Mobile Narcotics Incinerator. The incinerator should be capable of destroying narcotics and should meet the specifications outlined in the bid document. Bidders must provide documentation of their experience and work history in providing similar equipment and warranty service. The bid must include pricing, literature, and warranty information. The City of Columbus reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive technicalities. • The incinerator should be a self-contained unit capable of destroying narcotics. • The bidder must provide documentation of their experience and work history in providing similar equipment and warranty service. • The bid must include pricing, literature, and warranty information. • The City of Columbus reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive technicalities. • The warranty period shall be a minimum of 12 months. • The bidder shall provide two copies of all parts lists, service, maintenance, and operation manuals upon delivery of the equipment. • The successful bidder shall supply a fully franchised warranty service provider whose primary business is the sale and/or repair of the equipment proposed in this bid proposal.
