Hudson River FNC Maintenance Dredging

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor for the maintenance dredging of the Hudson River Federal Navigation Project. The work involves dredging approximately 200,000 cubic yards of material from the Haverstraw Bay area and transporting it to a government-provided Historic Area Remediation Site (HARS) in the Atlantic Ocean. The contractor must be able to maintain a minimum average daily dredging production rate of 2,610 cubic yards of pay material to complete the work within the contract's in-water work window. The work is expected to take place between August and November 2026. * The contractor must have experience with maintenance dredging and HARS placement. * The contractor must be able to perform the work with their own equipment or equipment owned by another small dredging contractor. * The contractor must be able to meet all conditions pertaining to dredging and dredge material placement as specified in the permits provided by the government. * The contractor must be able to maintain a minimum average daily dredging production rate of 2,610 cubic yards of pay material.
