Professional Consulting Services Continuing Contracts

The City of Plant City is seeking professional consulting services for various infrastructure and capital improvement projects. The selected firm(s) will provide services on an as-needed basis, including planning, design, permitting, construction administration, and other related services. The contract is intended to provide timely access to qualified professionals to support ongoing operational needs and implementation of the City's Capital Improvement Program. The City anticipates requiring services in multiple disciplines, including site development, transportation, stormwater and flood mitigation, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, geotechnical and materials testing, and environmental contamination. Key services and requirements include: • Experience and expertise in multiple aspects of site development, transportation, and stormwater and flood mitigation • Ability to provide in-house or subcontracted expertise in other design and analysis disciplines • Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements • Ability to prepare and permit construction plans • Experience with grant acquisition and compliance assistance • Ability to provide staff augmentation to assist with development review and permitting functions • Ability to provide construction administration and inspection services The City reserves the right to select firms based on specific project requirements, qualifications, and capacity within these disciplines.
