Petroleum Products for Fleet Vehicles and Equipment

The City of Long Beach is seeking petroleum products for fleet vehicles and equipment. The contract will be for a period of two years with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods. The City requires 10W30 and 15W40 motor oils to be supplied in 400-gallon drums, while all other oils are to be delivered in 55-gallon drums and pumped directly into bulk storage tanks. • The contract includes the supply of motor oils, antifreeze, gear lubricants, and hydraulic fluids. • The City requires the contractor to comply with various regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act. • The contractor must also comply with the City's Vendor Code of Conduct and the Equal Benefits Ordinance. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting the City's specifications.
