Description
The Department of Housing and Community Development is seeking an experienced building inspection firm or individual to provide NSPIRE inspections for multifamily properties. The selected bidder will be responsible for performing the requested inspections and providing reports to the Department. The contract will be for a period of one year with two optional one-year renewals. The bidder must be certified to conduct NSPIRE inspections and have completed at least 15 NSPIRE inspections within the last five years.
• The scope of work includes performing NSPIRE inspections, coordinating with the Contract Monitor, and providing reports to the Department.
• The bidder must have experience with NSPIRE inspections and be familiar with the HUD-NSPIRE standards.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the lowest price.
• The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
