Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide portable shower trailers for the 81st SBCT annual training event, which will take place from 15-26 June 2026. The contractor must provide three to four large portable shower trailers, each with a minimum of 8-15 shower heads, capable of supporting approximately 600 soldiers daily. The trailers must be delivered, installed, and fully functional by 15 June 2026, and the contractor is responsible for all setup, hookups, wiring, and onsite service establishment. The contractor must also provide labor, supervision, transportation, materials, and equipment to deliver, install, service, and remove the portable shower units. Key requirements include:
• Providing potable water storage tanks and pressure pumps to ensure proper operating pressure
• Providing wastewater collection systems, including grinder pumps and sealed piping leading to vendor-provided wastewater storage
• Responding to maintenance calls within two hours, 24/7
• Repairing or replacing equipment within twelve hours at the contractor's expense
• Providing basic operational and setup training at the time of delivery
