Description
The Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified contractors to replace two existing pergolas at the Hudlow Tennis Center in Best Friend Park. The work includes demolition of the existing structures, removal of debris, supply and installation of new double‑beam supports, 42 decorative pergola joists, hurricane ties, brackets, and all required hardware, followed by pressure‑washing, priming and painting of the new pergola. All work must be completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and County safety requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who submits a lump‑sum price covering all costs.
