Description
The City of Columbus Police Division is establishing a Universal Term Contract (UTC) for the procurement, delivery, and warranty service of mountain bicycles, parts, and accessories to be used for police patrols. Bidders must submit discounted pricing off catalog/list prices, demonstrate five‑year experience with similar equipment, and provide references from at least four comparable contracts. The contract will be in effect through December 31 2029, with orders placed via purchase orders after award. Vendors must supply price lists, catalogs, and an “E‑Catalog” data feed for City integration, and must honor a minimum 12‑month manufacturer warranty with franchised service support. The solicitation includes detailed worksheet pricing, mandatory warranty documentation, and a requirement to support cooperative purchasing with other public agencies.
