The County of Summit is seeking a qualified, licensed land surveying firm to provide on‑call surveying services for the Summit County Resource Allocation Park (SCRAP) landfill site. The work includes landfill certification, construction staking, quality‑assurance inspections, drone‑based surveying, aerial photography, and general survey support on an as‑needed basis. Proposals must include an annual fee schedule with hourly rates for all personnel and crew configurations, and the contractor must meet specified insurance requirements.
