United States Marshals Service, Asset Forfeiture Division, Personal Property Unit Statement of Work for Assorted Asset Management Services

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is seeking information from qualified companies to determine their capability to provide assorted asset management services. The services include relocation, custody, management, assessment, consultation, and disposal of assets. The assets may be in various locations and conditions, and the contractor must be able to provide certified staff and industry-standard practices. The contractor will be required to provide a web-based asset management system, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period of 12 months and one 12-month option period. The contractor must be able to provide services nationally and internationally, and must comply with all applicable foreign laws and diplomatic protocols. • The contractor must have experience in managing and disposing of assets, including real estate, vehicles, and other property. • The contractor must have a web-based asset management system that can track and report on assets in real-time. • The contractor must be able to provide certified staff and industry-standard practices for the management and disposal of assets. • The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to export, customs, and environmental protection. • The contractor must be able to provide services nationally and internationally, and must be able to comply with all applicable foreign laws and diplomatic protocols.
