Support Services for the Implementation of the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan

The County of Lexington is seeking a consultant to provide support services for the implementation of the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. The consultant will work with the County's Community Development staff to administer the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs. The scope of work includes providing technical assistance, developing program policies and procedures, preparing HUD reports, and providing guidance on HUD systems.
