Gwinnett County is seeking a vendor to supply and install a Thermo Scientific Mindray BA‑800M automated chemistry analyzer, provide all associated drug‑testing reagents, calibrators, controls, and a web‑based data‑management platform for its Accountability Court. The contract also requires on‑site training for up to four county staff members, manufacturer‑authorized support services, and integration with the State‑approved Five‑Points case‑management system. The award will be a one‑year term with four optional one‑year renewals, and the vendor must be able to deliver and have the system fully operational within 14 calendar days of award.
• Primary equipment: Thermo Scientific Mindray BA‑800M analyzer (800 tests/hour, 300‑tube capacity).
• Consumables: Large‑volume drug‑testing reagents (≈10‑52 k units per drug class) and validity reagents (creatinine, specific gravity).
