The Navajo Nation Judicial Branch is seeking a qualified design‑build contractor to renovate and upgrade an existing ~1,000 sf stone building into a modern Self‑Help Center in Window Rock, AZ. The scope includes selective demolition, ADA‑compliant parking and restroom construction, interior build‑out of office spaces, exterior upgrades (metal entry door, lighting, security system), utility verification, and installation of two split‑system heat‑pump units, all while complying with Navajo Nation specifications and using recycled materials where feasible. Subcontractors may be used but cannot exceed 49 % of the total contract value.
