The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from a qualified licensed contractor to provide all labor, tools, and equipment to remove and replace two water chiller pumps at Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St. Croix, USVI. The project includes mobilization, equipment purchase and delivery, installation, and disposal and site clean-up. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances. • The bid must include the cost of mobilization, which shall not exceed 10% of the total bid amount. • The bid must include the cost of equipment, including shipping, delivery, and clearance fees. • The bid must include the cost of installation, including labor and materials. • The bid must include the cost of disposal and site clean-up. • The contractor must provide a certificate of general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. • The contractor must provide a certificate of good standing/existence from the Virgin Islands Office of the Lt. Governor, Division of Corporations and Trademarks.
