Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to M&H Transformation Partners, LLC for Innovation Portfolio Support Services. The contractor will provide professional, technical, program management, outcome engineering, facilitation, and advanced air mobility integration support to continue assisting the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital in advancing the Innovation Portfolio Project. The project includes portfolio governance, pilot concept scoping, pilot readiness, accelerator lifecycle facilitation, partner coordination, performance measurement, drone delivery demonstration planning and execution support, and air taxi integration discovery.
* The contract is for a period of 12 months starting September 1, 2026, and ending August 31, 2027.
* The contractor must be familiar with the existing Veterans Health Venture Studio operation model.
