Building 200 Drainage Roof Repairs American Lake VA - Washington State

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Puget Sound Health Care System - American Lake Campus in Tacoma, Washington, requires contractor services to provide gutter replacement and roof repair services. The contractor will remove all existing roofing material and insulation, install new insulation, and install new Thermoplastic Polyurethane roofing. The contractor must also remove a limited portion of the damaged gutter system, cap the existing gutter system, and install a small section of improved gutter system. The contractor will be required to perform a 1-hour water test and submit a leak test report to the VA Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) upon completion. The period of performance for this contract is 90 days after contract award.
