Description
The Chelsea School District is seeking design-build services for the construction of a new field house. The district is accepting proposals from qualified firms, and the selected firm will be responsible for the construction of the field house. The proposal submission deadline is February 18, 2026, and shortlisted firms will be invited for interviews the week of February 23, 2026. Each proposal must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized familial affidavit, and a bid bond (5% of proposal amount) is required.
