Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide keys, locks, and related hardware services for the 2026‑2027 fiscal period. The contract is limited to a maximum spend of $49,999 per year and must be a firm‑price agreement with no allowable price increases. Bids are to be submitted electronically by the deadline, and the vendor must include required compliance disclosures.
• Provide procurement, installation, repair, and maintenance of keys, locks, and hardware for city facilities.
• All shipping and freight costs must be incorporated into unit prices (FOB delivery).
• Mandatory disclosures: Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices and Wage Theft & Payroll Fraud forms.
• Evaluation will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid that meets all requirements.
